The indoor and outdoor pools shine with cleanliness. The proximity to the beach is a major score, especially when the locals can point you to free public parking.
The Villa we booked turned out to be smaller without all the promised beds, and the decor felt tired, like it hasn't seen a make-over in a while. The dryer barely functioned, needing multiple cycles to handle a single load, and I encountered an annoying ticking noise that persisted through the night. Even the garbage outside was overflowing, which wasn't pretty for the kids who noticed it right away.

The amenities at Grand Palms made me feel like a kid again! The outdoor pool and lazy river were more fun than a water slide at a theme park. Plus, the spacious room had more comforts than my own home, with a kitchen fit for a chef and a living room cozy enough for movie marathons.

The outdoor pool was a total dream! It was heated, awesome for evening swims under the starry sky. Every nook of the two-bedroom villa seemed like a slice of home-clean, comfy, and with a kitchen, made cooking a joy!

The entire hotel was reasonably clean, brand-new rooms. Accommodating, knowledgeable people working here. I liked the room with a 2 double beds, the bed was comfortable. Coffee/tea making facilities, a fridge and an oven were an advantage. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, marvellous location.
